Jesus Heals the Syrophoenician Woman's Daughter and a Deaf Man (10-1-23)

Because she was not a Jew, the Syrophoenician woman was ignored at first, but her persistence and faith brought her daughter's deliverance. The man who was deaf and had a speech impediment was healed through a gradual process so that he could understand how he had been healed.
