To Obey or Disobey? (8-13-23)

Fearing retribution from Nebuchadnezzar for the assassination of the man he had put in charge of Judah, a remnant of Israelites asked Jeremiah to inquire of the Lord if they should stay in Judah or go to Egypt. In the Lord's answer, He tells them to stay and explains the blessings of obedience. If they were to go, which was most likely their intent, everything they feared would happen to them if they stayed would happen to them in Egypt.
