Crossing the Red Sea (12-29-24)
Dec 29, 2024 • Dr. Jim Glass
When Pharaoh changed his mind about sending the Israelites away, he sent his entire army against them. When the Israelites reached the Red Sea, probably near the present-day city of Suez at a time when the Red Sea and the Mediterranean Sea were connected, the Lord sent a wind to part the waters and dry the sea bed so they could walk across on dry land. When the Egyptian army pursued them, it was completely destroyed when the waters returned to their natural state.
